Electrical Appointment

Orange cartoon character as electrician with toolbox and house White background Stock Photo - 15800957

What an expensive process the electrical appointment is!

Tips - Keep in mind where to place power points, TV and phones located, where the furniture is going to be and lamps placed to make the electrical appointment run much smoother. Visit the Display home to see what is on display. You may want to create the same look or effect with lighting. And also contact your internet, Telephone and Pay TV service provider to find out your cable requirements for internet/telephone connections as each provider may have different cable requirements.

We really liked the idea of putting downlights right throughout our house apart from the garage We also worked out where we wanted the vaccum points so we could vaccum all areas of the house. We also placed a gas point outside where the BBQ would be - so we can connect the BBQ to natural gas.

The provisions provided in the standard Metricon price is very basic. We did spend 10k on the electricals.

Here are the prices based on our appointment (prices may changed since then).
