Contract Variations

Accepted the priliminary contract on 27th June 2012 and made some variations to the contract.

- Delete the two gables to front of elevation to the plantation facade.
- Raise the ceiling to 9ft to first floor and upstairs to 8.6ft standard.
- Reduce Rumpus room width by 720mmm wide x 3360mm long to increase Outdoor Room.
- Increase eaves to entire first floor extra by 600mm wide above standard 450mm.
- Additional external gas bayonet point to outdoor Room.
- Bulkhead to entry.
- Upgrade Sitting Room to Guest Room.
- Full height tiles to all bathrooms.
- Corner niche to fridge alcove corner of kitchen/family adjacent to stairwell.
- Convert Pantry to Butlers Pantry with additional Gas Cooktop, Oven and ducted Rangehood.
- Additional fridge space 1000mm wide x 740mm dep including cold water point in Butlers Pantry.
- Fridge space in the kitchen to remain to add shelving and glass door for future showcase.
- Centre Aluminium sliding window to rear elevation of Rumpus Room.
- Reposition Master Bedroom bedhead wall towards retreat to provide thick nibs to both ends of walls    towards robe for future Dressing Table.
- Flush panel cavity sliding doors to front of Ensuite.
- Ducts only for future Air Conditioning.

Walk through and Deposit paid

We made some variations to the contract:

Accepted the priliminary contract on 27th June 2012. The tender experience was a bit up and down, there was quite a number of mistakes. We went through a lot of alterations to make sure every variation was listed on the final tender. So the next day we sat down with the sales consultant who walked us through the house, verified all the standard inclusions and listed out the options. We literally went through every item and made some variations.
