Monday 20 May 2013: Waterproofing Completed

Waterproofing to the wet areas was completed...



Tuesday 21 May 2013: Laundry Benchtop & Sink In

Laundry Benchtop and sink were in. 

Overhead/Broom cupboards - Laminex Nocturne Oak
Under bench cupboards - Mushroom Linea
Benchtop - Laminex Cocoa Nougat.
Laundry Trough/Sink - Clark Flat line stainless steel 48 Litre (upgraded) single bowl. 

We are not happy with the benchtop, does not match the under bench cupboards.

Wednesday 22 May 2013: Rainy Day...Nothing Happened

Thursday 23 May 2013: Drip..Drip...Drip

We visited the house today and found water leaking in the Rumpus Room and Kitchen. We raised this with the SS and he assured us that this will be fixed. Good thing it rained continuously and the issue was highlighted.

Friday 24 June 2013: Cement & Tiles Delivered

We had the sand and cement delivered today for the Wet Area tile bases.

and the site was clear of rubbish...

and the wet area tiles were delivered today..

These are the tiles for our Balcony and Alfresco - very happy with the colours. It is very difficult to make our decision at the showroom during selections.

Hopefully the tiling will start next week.
