Week 18 - Scaffolding Down/Electricals In

(22 Apr 2013 - 27 Apr 2013)

Monday 22 Apr 2013: Scaffolding Down/Electricals Started

I was very excited to see the scaffolding down at last. Electricians were on site today to install all cables, wiring for Downlights, Powerpoints, Flood Lights, Sensors, Switches, future cameras, alarms, security and Data Cabling for the house.

Tuesday 23 Apr 2013: Electrical Wiring Completed

One other thing that we missed during the electrical appoint was installating the hub. We then contacted Vaccaro Group and requested them to install Hub. A separate quote was raised and we also added lights towards the garage side of the house that we missed during our electrical Appointment. The network cable was run to Study, Rumpus, and upstairs living, and to all the rooms. I think the next stage is to Gyprock the house. Can't believe everything is happening so quick.

Wednesday 24 Apr 2013: Aircondition Ducts In

The cooling specialist installed the air conditioner ducts. We are having just the ducts with the builder. The unit will be installed after handover.

  1. It’s good to see that the roof and the wirings are complete in this phase. Looking at the first photo, I can almost imagine the finished product. It’s lovely how the roof and brick wall match altogether nicely. Job well done! @ Roof Works

  3. I agree. The exterior looks amazing, especially the roof. It looks great with the brick sides and pillars. I hope everything came out perfectly, and you’re already enjoying your new home. Cheers!

  4. Really loving the brickwork on this one. It really goes well with the dark roof! And the white soffits and fascias are just enough to give it a third color without clashing with both.
